A safe, nurturing, home-like environment where women recovering from substance use disorders experience healing through abstinence, peer accountability, trauma-informed care  and the transforming power of Jesus Christ.

Justin & Kahala Jennings

Twenty years in addiction.Eleven years free.

Now they walk with women who are where they used to be. Justin pastors and manages the ministry; Kahala directs the program and writes songs about what God has done. Aloha House exists because they refused to keep what they were given for free.

The Partnership

Bound togetherby grace.

This ministry could not operate the way it does without Stacey Cordero — Kahala’s best friend, and the first person who taught her that healthy friendship was still possible after addiction. Stacey lost both her parents to addiction. She knows the side of recovery that belongs to the children left behind. Together, she and Kahala run between meetings, errands, and the hundred quiet moments of housing nine women who arrived with nothing — and watch each one cross her own bumps in the road, small and large, toward the life God is giving her back. Two women, one team, bound together by Jesus and the threads of His grace.
